The internet links everything
Arriving to internet makes everything slightly surreal. It's hard to feel like I've traveled when all the websites look the same. (A bad song? Possibly) I feel further away and the lack of kitty and roomates and my bed makes that more obvious, but am I really? I can talk to everyone except my roomates pretty much exactly the same as I do from NYC. I can't go out with y'all and I can't internet during the day so obviously the day feels more strange. But, it's weird and marginally discombobulating. I also feel as though I don't know what to do on the internet here which is weird because I'm sure I could come up with things to do for hours if I were at home.
Also, I'm pretty sure Michigan makes me cold. I realise the temperature may be no different from NY, but damn my feet are colder here.
