Book and kitten
I finished The China Garden and totally enjoyed it. A very good young adult fantasy. Definitely more in the older ya section and a little darker, but a lot of fun and I loved some of the magic the author created. Highly recommend it.
On the downside? One of our kittens - Bette, the gorgeous calico - is getting adopted. She may leave as early as today. I'm ecstatic she's getting a forevar home...I just hate that it means she has to leaves ours. They are all at the vet's today, getting chopped up and then Bette may leave tonight. This makes me very sad.
