Dilemma
Do I bring Sparky with me to CT?
It's only overnight; it's my uncle's birthday so I shouldn't be sitting on the computer for that long and it would make my packing so much easier.
They have two computers; so it shouldn't be that hard for me to check my email quickly if need be.
But then I don't have as good an escape excuse built in if I want to get away and I won't have aim or lj or my computer for a whole night. Funny how insignificant things seem until you think about voluntarily doing without them for the night.
It just doesn't make sense to bring Sparky though. I have the train ride and then maybe some time in the evening. But tonight will be tree decoration and Lindsay's birthday and dinner and maybe a movie. Tomorrow we leave at 7 am and have a train ride together. So really it would just be the train ride out there and a few scattered minutes over the course of this afternoon.
Doesn't make sense.
Now I just have to repeat my new mantra: will not get anxious; it's only one night.
