Hey New York girls, can you dance the polka?
I am alive. I know this surprises many of you.
Because I can't even begin to give a detailed update considering how long it's been, I shll summarise:
Found a job, quit my job, am phasing myself out of MTG and FIL, had a week and a half off, went to Florida to visit one aunt and Michigan to visit another aunt and my grandmother, just got back and am starting work on Thursday.
Intersperse that with auditions and readings and parents and you've pretty much got my life recently. So I apologise profoundly to everyone I've neglected and promise to do my best to catch up with everyone.
On another note entirely, Happy early Birthday to lashalarouge and I hope that the day is wonderful for you darling. I miss you muchly and hope that sometime soon that shall be rectified. I apologise deeply to those whose birthdays I missed in the meantime - at some point Car you have to come into the city so that I can give you a present. ^_^
Also, this New Years I am fortunately/unfortunately house-sitting for my boss. Unfortunately because this means that I can't avail myself of those invitations that some of you were sweet enough to include me in (and believe me there was at least one I really wanted to go to), but fortunately because he has rather a lovely (and by lovely I mean large) apartment with a fireplace, big tv and many other amenities. Therefore if anyone is going to be in NYC over New Years, get in touch with me. (Or if someone decides that they like me more than cold, snowy places...*guiltguiltguilt*).
And so I attempt to begin the long hard slog back up to sanity and friends. It doesn't help that winter seems to be hitting me particularly hard this time of year.
I miss you all, and shall hopefully talk to you all soon. Feel free to give me a call and I will attempt to update this a little more frequently.
