"Never eat oysters in a month without a paycheck in it."

Our culture is apparently now so ADD that there's a ticker with quotes on it at the grocery store to amuse us. And I'm apparently ADD enough to read them all.

If you wouldn't mind helping me: http://ipods.freepay.com/?r=23978929
I'd really like to be able to do this for my little brother and I know my father and his mother never will.

Err. I had all sorts of great and wonderous things to update about. Really.

Amusing though: A friend came to see the show a couple times this weekend, so Saturday afternoon Gina (our PSM) realises that we don't have a light board op for Sunday matinee. So she ropes my friend into doing it. Who has never done any kind of tech work before at all. That was just funny.

In other news, I miss Florida and the crew. Val called me Friday to let me know how things were going and to tell me that a coulpe of the changes I made to the blocking are not only being kept but being called "Ninamoves." Apparently Scott just started saying "right and now do the Ninamove." Which made me ridonculously happy all things considered.

Also got lighter fluid for my Golda's Balcony lighter. It still amuses me that the lighter has been on Broadway.

Should really email Scott, Nell, Val and Easton. OH! Also, does anyone on LJ know when Choate is having it's next Academic Saturday?

Ahem, remind me to tell you about the Golda's Balcony done Avenue Q at some point.

And the lesson I've learned while working on this production is: It's not a true Broadway show until there's a moving chicken on stage.
