I seriously had the best night of my life tonight. In all my high school years I have never felt so good. We (my friend Nate and his cutefriend Mike) ended up going to this place downtown called First Fridays where, on the first friday of every month all the local downtown art galleries get together and open there stuff up to the public. Its all within a couple of square miles, and I swear, I have never felt so culturally fulfilled since I went to San Francisco. There were a lot of old east coast looking houses that had been converted into art galleries that we were able to go look in and see. There were a few live bands and some coffee houses. It was mostly just about the art. As we were walking around I got giddy, I never knew such a place ever existed in this city. Not to mention, that both of the guys that I spent time with were so great. Nate is a good friend of mine who has this amazing personable friendly way that makes me feel comfortable and kind of sucks me in, when I talk to him sometimes I think I'm spilling too much. And then there was his friend Mike, who had beautiful bright blue eyes. He was older than me (!) (22 or 23, I think) and is in the same band as Nate. He was so super cool, I hope I have the chance to get to know him better.
So yeah, now you can see why it was such a good night. On another note: If I'm lucky I might get the house to myself for a few days, If not, then I get to miss school on monday. So either way, its ok.
