Non-stick cook wear is made of teflon as well as skotch guard, carpet protector, coats and other water proof stuff. Some nail polish even includes teflon! Anyway teflon has turned out to be a harmful substance that causes birth defects. Teflon is in the blood of every single American because the minute you touch a product made of Teflon it seeps into your blood stream. There was a segment of 20/20 all about it. Teflon is seriously going to pay for the pain it has put families through. Don't know where you got that flu bug? You can get "teflon flu" from preheating, or heating a teflon pan too long! You wouldn't even know why u were sick....duh teflon! So if you go to the Teflon website they try to discredit 20/20 saying its a bunch of mumbo jumbo and that teflon is perfectly safe. Yeaaah riight thats why peoples pet birds are kealing over in their cages, and their baby has one kidney thats three times the norm. Teflon needs to admit their fault and pay some people off before they get sued by half of America. Wake up and be sure not to "smell" the teflon, it might make u sick.
