It's crazy how much certain songs remind me of each year of college. What got me thinking about it was "away from the sun" by 3 doors down because I was lost in thought about sophomore year as I listened to it. There are a bunch of songs from each year of college that I listened to over and over and now I automatically think back to that year when I hear them. Some are happier, some sad, and some bring back better memories than others. Music is so powerful and I love it. I was watching a special on Lifetime last night featuring Melissa Etheridge and she echoed pretty much the same thought. I love music...
