(no subject)
First I say how bad I would feel if I had to eat the flesh of an animal again, and how that pains me. And in the next breath I say maybe I should start eating fish.... I have a problem... I also can't say I'll eat fish because they are ugly, slimy, and stupid... that's like just eating pigs because they are ugly... oh well we'll see what happens.
Yesterday was a snow day. No classes and all that. It was pretty nice to have, especially because nothing probably would have happened in those classes anyway. But I went out with Jill to the Office Max and Walmart, she needed books from the library but it was closed. The roads were not fun to drive in, we fishtailed a few times but it wasn't horrible. I heard that DeKalb is running low on salt so they are only salting main and heavy traffic roads.... so that's that.
Today has been nice, except for the fact that I had my portfolio class which meant getting up at 6:45... i think i'm going to take a nap when I get home.
OH at Walmart yesterday I bought a little cactus and a little pot to put it in... that i painted yellow and black like a bumble bee!! and then I bought an aloe plant and a pot to put it in... that i painted pink with green dots... then I watered this aloe plant (because i bought soil that needed to be watered... and mind you the paint was all dry by this time) well ever since I watered it the paint magically became wet again and was dripping down the sides.... I thought maybe it was excess so I used a brush to wipe some away but it kept leaking... and I checked it this morning and it's still wet......... i think i need to buy a new pot and then make sure I spray it with the setting stuff before i water it i guess... weird.... so I guess I will do that today when I take a trip around DeKalb with Jill....
I think that's all I'm talking about today.
