Right, so I have found something else to do with my time... on Saturday 28 October, I will be at Eating for the Earth at Leichhardt Town Hall.  I hear the day will feature organic chef Amanda Ellis, from Down to Earth Dining who will be showing how to... um... well... cook, and Jill Finnane who authored Lawns into Lunch - Growing food in the city
