(no subject)
i am feeling very tired and sickly today, but no fever, so it really comes down to the fact that i need this money more than i need sleep or whatever it is that i need. i will just have to take the early bus to work and chug a few coconut waters and energy dranks and hope for the best. also, they need me to train this new girl and sort of to train one of the cooks that will be working the counter tonight. also, there is a cashier that will be in for a few hours at dinner and a mystery hotcase/dish person, so i would feel terrible if i called in just because i am feeling blechy.
i am almost through repeat 1 of emily's hat. i was feeling adventurous, so i took off the repeat markers and managed to do three rounds before i had to get ready for work.
i am also almost done with the first rama book. i hope to have it finished by the end of work tonight. if i can keep up with this reading thing i've got going on, i will be able to justify buying myself a kindle... if the price comes down and after the reports of faulty 3G models go away. or, i might just convince myself to wait until the screen gets a backlight (is that even possible with e-ink?)
