Fail fail fail fail fail...

So, the interview. Which was in fact more of a test than an interview, as evidenced by the fact that the real interview is next week, presumably for the people who didn't fail the test as spectacularly as I did. Also, cause they didn't tag team me. They always tag team you in interviews.

But yes, the test. I had to write a bunch of stuff in friendly blog style, but I just fell straight back into my old Hollyoaks pattern, which may sound kind of friendly, I guess, but I'm bored of it myself. And then I realised I forgot to do a question with about 2 minutes left on the clock. The mission: Think of an idea for Glastoblogs. Friggin' Glastonbury. I would forget the hard question.

Let me tell you a story. When I was doing English Lang A levels, there was this exam called editorial writing where they give you two info packs and you choose one to read and then you have to write to whatever prompt they give you. One was Glastonbury and I can't remember why I was on this kick where I hated Glastonbury (probably because I kept hearing about it all the time and I hate when people talk about things repeatedly) so for spite I picked the other one. Dude, it was freakin' hard and it made me get a C in English.

A C in English. That should not even be possible. English is almost the cake-iest of cake courses. The only way I could've done worse is if I'd tried that Accents module. Dude, back then, I couldn't even tell a northern accent from a southern accent. Hell, I only found out there was a difference because they said so, and I still didn't believe them. But, I digress.

Okay, actually there was no point to that tangent. What was I talking about again? Oh yeah.

Needless to say, I couldn't think of a damn thing to say about Glastonbury and then time ran out. The End.

The trip up wasn't too bad though. I'm glad I had a book. I'm surprised I stuck with this book this long, actually. I don't normally read this sci-fi stuff. At least it doesn't make time move slower like certain other books. Heh. Reading sci-fi, watching 24-esque shows, what's next? Documentaries? Celine Dion? Please god, say it ain't so!

rambling, work
