It amuses me to have loadsa swearing in a school project. I am easily amused.

Methinks I'm getting sick.

I can't get sick. I have a composition to finish in a week and a half.

*falls over*

Also, this composition isn't very music tech-y. Granted, my compositions are never very music tech-y, but at least they're usually music-y. This isn't even that. It's a frickin' radio play. But, ah well. I couldn't come up with a very good song at this point, anyway.

I wonder how many times I can have the word "fuck" in a composition before they start to complain. Creative Writing doesn't seem to care when I have it in their portfolios, so I don't imagine Music Tech will kick up much of a fuss. There was one "fuck" in one of my second year composition. And cartoon boobies. Somebody else had live-action boobies in theirs this year. So maybe it's not so bad. Although that little boobage is probably not on par with this much swearing. Seriously? Almost to The Forsaken proportions. It's because of this thing I have where I just have the compulsive need to curse every other word when I know I'm not supposed to. It was really hilarious that time I had to write a children's story and spent an hour trying to think of an alternative for "asshole". The answer was "jerk", by the way. Also not helped by the fact that I wrote the script on practically no sleep, after having burnt out on dissertation and Creative Writing coursework. Well, I think maybe I have room enough to fail one unit. Too bad I wrote so much bullshit on my dissertation.

Seriously. There's a line in it that says "a sound effects track by itself means nothing" or something like that, and what do I do two weeks later but make a composition with just an effects track...well, and dialogue, I suppose. But three compositions before that was only sound effects. I conveniently forgot about that while writing the dissertation. Heh.

I go to sleep now, I'm just rambling...

rambling, music tech
