(no subject)
I haven't updated in awhile, mostly because I don't have much to update with. Life is the same as it was in September. I have no job, and I'm living with my parents. I'm really really close to getting a job though... this job that's taken me three months to get because the hiring process is so long. Now I'm going through a background investigation. After that, I get a polygraph, then a psych eval, then a home meeting, then a meeting with the Chief, and then if there's a space I'm hired. Kinda sucks doesn't it? All for an experiment...
I have been catching up on my video game playing though, and I must say that games are getting very good indeed. I've played through Ninja Gaiden Black... what a beautiful game. The last boss is crazy tough though, and so I'm still working on that. I installed Call of Duty 2 tonight. I picked it up on a whim, on a huge sale at Fry's (a $50 game for $20). Normally I like modern day FPS, and this one is WWII. I've played it for about an hour, and it lives up to its reviews. It is awesome. The reviews say that it is so intense, and I was skeptical. I mean come on, it's just a stupid game. It can't be like you're in battle, right? Well, I was wrong. It's very cool.
I'm excited for the Seahawk game tomorrow. Yes, I'm a fair weather fan.
I'm ready to move out. I really hope I get this job.
