The man in front, on the right, with the white trench coat and back pack is John Lewis. This is John Lewis leading a congregation across the Edmund Pettus bridge in Selma, Alabama on Bloody Sunday. Today I met him and shook the hand of a true American icon. The only thing greater than this moment would be if I shook the hand of Martin Luther King, Jr. himself.
