Good Bye 2006
2006 comes to an end today. Reflecting back on it, I see it as a year of many firsts for me. I managed to achieve a lot... maybe not in absolute or overtly tangible ways. But yes, I did a lot many things. And not things that I had set out to achieve at the start of the year though... simply coz I refuse to make new year resolutions! On the other hand, 2006 was pretty run-of-the-mill too. Looking back, it was quite a balanced year for me and that's no surprise! Librans tend to deal in balanced stuff all the time... or so it would seem!
Well well... one should not look backwards, we are told. Look into the future... not into the past, lest you stumble in your path! Stop being Janus-faced! Oh well... so here I am... standing with my arms wide open to welcome 2007 with a huge smile!!
And while I am standing here... arms open... waiting for 2007 to arrive, I think I'll give you all a nice hug!! ;-)
