Today Amélie decided to raise the bar in her life as a thief. While at the Mall of America she somehow managed to steal a ten dollar ice cream scoop. It was not realized until we were getting into the car on the 7th level of the parking ramp- and there was no way I was bringing it back. From what I can tell she was playing with the ice cream scoop then just chucked it over her head. This is a common habit of hers when we are at places like Target that have the big basket behind the child seat. Well at the mall she was in her umbrella stroller and the scoop managed to land somewhere in the mess of bags that was hanging from the handles. When I was taking the bags off the handles and putting them in the trunk the scoop fell to the ground. I laughed. This is not the first thing my little girl has stolen. This can now be added to the list of kiwi, bananas, chocolate milk, and a baby doll...
