first off, dont you just love that feeling right after you sneeze?
secondly, i sent off a couple emails concerning my stagnes email refusing to work, but if anyone wants to send me an email they should send it to quackalot@gmail.com unless told otherwise. i need to begin switching over emails more anyways.
thirdly, i couldnt sleep last night and was therefore thouroughly pissed at the kitty for waking me. i only got 4-5 hours or sleep, but i got to talk to peoples ^^. and the kitty hasnt wailed/meowed in hours, so all is well. she is settling down considerably more than before. still cant let her outside all the way though. another couple days.
im trying to think of things that are going on to update yall on, but im kinda boring. hrm. weather-wise its about 8-10 degrees F hotter here than in houston- with the humidity and all. but it is supposed to cool off overnight. thank god. outside of weather, laura is coming on the 3rd i believe for a week until she has to go back to school. im convinced she is crazy. because she did it last year too, but this year in particular, school ended, she came home for a week, left for mongolia, traveled all around mongolia for 2 months, and now she is flying from mongolia to pennsylvania, staying there overnight, and flying from penn. to here. i do not envy her. and then after a week here, she will fly back to pennsylvania and go back to school. i feel sorry for my poor sister. especially cuz she missed the whole moving transition thing- so it will be more of a shock for her.
charlotte is supposed to come in... sunday? maybe? to visit for a bit- i dont actually know when she will be leaving, but it should be good to see her- even if we have no clue as to where she will sleep.
im trying to get someone to come with me to Alegria- since it is in Amsterdam until the 20th of August. im hoping my sister will want to go. otherwise ill be just as happy to drag someone else who doesnt care with me ^^.
so, i start school the 16th, but i have this orientation week a week before- which doesnt sound like all that much fun, especially since it involves testing. but we get paired with a "student ambassador" apparently, and mine contacted me a couple days ago. which incedentally i was very happy about since school seems to be so much up in the air right now that it was good to hear from someone who actually goes there. plus they seem pretty cool and stuff, so hopefully orientation wont be too painful.
i have a kitty sleeping at the foot of my bed btw ^^. and i think ive made this entry long enough, so im going to stop now- i had no intentions of rambling as i did.
