So I'm working on a show...
Heyo,
So my roommate Kenn got me this gig working this show, America's Got Talent. Yeah, I dunno, I never saw it. I don't watch tv. I guess it's like the Gong Show, so I get it. It's the 3rd season too...whatever.
I've been working since Firday night on it, and 12 hours a day since. I was doing Registration from Sat to Mon at Javitts. It's been fun cause I get to meet all kinds of ppl from all over the place. Today I just did a bunch of whatever here and there. We've moved to the H...ballroom/theatre...whatever, Manhattan Center. Yeah, I'm tired. They'll be shooting tomara til Fri, then we're all done.
There's a lot of PAs (Production Assistants) like me there and it's been really cool to meet them. I'm keeping their numbers and getting emails too. ^_^ The production company working for NBC is out of LA, so that's neat to talk to some Californians too.
This will help make me a new resume. We'll see how this works out, but I'll keep looking for something permanent too. As long as I can pay rent, I'm okay. I seriously need a headshot tho...
So if it takes me a bit to get back to youz, it's cause I'm working many hours in one day...
Taras will be visiting Sat and Sun, which is too awesome for me to really even grasp right now. I need the cuddling badly. Nutz...I forgot to take my contacts out...guess I'll go do that then go off ta bed. Call time tomara is 11am, so that's nice. Still gotta leave around 10, so be up by no later than 9:30. Long day and lots of stairs.
