Yeah, I've been reading about them on-line. Now they are called "Xe" a name specifically chosen because it had no meaning.
Blackwater, it turns out, was operating not only as mercenary military company but it also had the mission of "destroying Islam and all Muslims." One of the CEOs is a member of the Military Order of Malta.
Also, two former Blackwater employees have been working with federal prosecutors telling them that they know of other Blackwater employees that the owner had killed because he was afraid they would turn over secrets about the company to the government.
The more I learn about them, the creepier they get. Plus, I'm now becoming convinced that when W talked about a crusade, it was deliberate and not just a Bush-ism.
Know who else I hate? Roose Bolton and the Late Lord Frey. I find myself rooting for Dany to return to Westeros and run them all into the sea . . .
I try not to indulge my darker tendencies, but there's definitely a part of me that wants him to have to sit and watch as his children, grandchildren, et. al. are cut down in front of him. Except of course the ones that weren't there because they were too Stark-friendly. Because they didn't do anything.
And I kind of want it to be Tyrion or Jamie who does it . . .
