10:00 or 11:00 is not late at all. Humans need at LEAST 7 hours of sleep...Nevada don't listen to tracy...look how short she is, that's because she gets no sleep. Keep sleepin' early yo! I sleep at 10:00 too or 10:30 if the INferno two is on or i found out something new on Star Wars.

true I don;t get enough sleep, but I am also on steriods which stunts my growth plus my family is just short okay.
