Checking In ～

It's time to check in and put down what I've been up to the last week.
Listing books under "want to read" on goodreads is really moving me along in the reading department. I feel motivated, or driven, to conquer LOL I really need to use lists more if they work this well on other stuff too.

Sounds like you've been on a reading roll. Have you seen the film of Tess of the D'Ubervilles? THIS is a very good adaptation of the book.

I'm not sure....have you read (or seen on TV) any of the other books in the Outlander series? I've read all eight and Gabaldon is writing the ninth book right now. I've also seen all the series that have been on TV. I absolutely LOVE the books and the TV series.

I know there is a movie but I really don't like tragic endings so very reluctant to watch.

I have (and read) all the outlander books. I used to write reviews for the tv show. Just finished watching the series recently. I think we actually met at the Outlander com. I like the first one the best, I think.

Really? I don't remember that. I thought we met because of Supernatural.

I liked the first Outlander book the most, too.

Nope. When I met you, you hadn't started watching Supernatural yet. I like to think I was part of that wave that made you decide to watch XD

I find it very strange that I have a hard time remembering how I met so many of my LJ friends, but it's true. I remember when I first got interested in Supernatural, I asked a couple people who I should add as friends. I know that's how I got to know wings128 and manic padagirl (or whatever she calls herself now.) I think Milly and June were two that I asked to recommend others, but I'm not at all sure about that.

You have so many friends! I am sure it would be hard to remember who came when. It would be nice if LJ had a "friends since..." like facebook does :D

Oh yes! I don't go to Facebook often enough to even know they had that. That might be a clue to how you met someone, too.
