SPN 15-5 Proverbs 17:3 Thoughts and Screencaps

That was a really good episode! I'd say Great as a rating. It's been a while since I took this many screencaps. Not quite up for giving "Awesome" yet but looking forward to that too. Chuck is again who we have to blame for the "simplified" plot, and this one is still worth a rewatch despite of that. I'd read somewhere that Lilith would be back and thought that could turn out to be really dumb but still they did a better job of it than I imagined. I felt a tad bit more for the good non-human-killing werewolf than I did for the vamp last ep, and I felt better that Sam and Dean were finally figuring out that these cases were just a bit strange and too easy. This is the second time the repenting monster gives themselves up to be killed or kills themselves and at least with this one the boys couldn't stop him or give him an alternative like they could have the vamp. (Nope, still don't like it LOL)
The beginning camping scene was well done, with a little backstory and friendship going on. I LOVED the jerky scene LOL! Sam's poker face and Dean spraying water all over himself was epic. I enjoyed the little bonding scene between Dean and the girl/Lilith, and I was thankful for that scene between the two werewolf brothers because those are the kind of scenes that give background and arouse sympathy - sorely lacking in last ep. And, that younger brother was totally cute :D I LOVED that bit about foreshadowing - the brother killing the other brother, and Dean and Sam finding out what all those dreams were about. The various versions were awesome as well. And the last scene between the boys didn't sound like some lines by Chuck. They felt real and emotional. So I am happy :)
