Poll SPN 15-4 Atomic Monsters
One thing I did like. I did like that we saw Benny - although it was way too short. I hope that's not the last. I thought Dean with the bandana was a bit weird (was that a bandana?) but very handsome. Demon-blood Sam was fun too.
Another thing I liked - I loved Becky and her talk about writing and fan-fic and toys she sells on etsy, I loved that little bit about how fans want to see more of the boys doing laundry and sitting around LOL!!! and the fact she is married and has two boys. Very realistic and obviously the writer(s) have been studying the fans and what we are writing in our blogs. I liked the dolls on Becky's desk as well.
But the actual story? It was really boring, Chuck! 'Cause that's who we get to thank for this right?
Making it "tragic" at the end didn't help at all. It was a disgusting ending and so bad I couldn't even feel symphathetic toward the boy. The music didn't fit, and just everything about it. And what kind of narrative voice was that? It wasn't Chuck's. I hated it so much, I really had a hard time watching.
And we have a broment at the end, but I can only see it as some words Chuck is putting in Dean's mouth, and Sam's depression would be so much better if it didn't sound so cheesy.
Boo. What a waste of an ep.

(Oh Chuck's touching his wound. Huh. Didn't notice that while watching. Anyone notice if Sam was also touching his wound?)
(So dumb. We didn't once see any fangs, did we? No fangs, no feeling, no nothing. )
