1. What, in your opinion, is the scariest moment in SPN?
I think when Dean's eyes turned black at the end of Season 9. Or, when he almost killed Sam in Soul Survivor. That scene was just full of suspense.
2. What's your favourite spooky SPN fic? (Alternatively, what fic unsettled you the most without necessarily being intentionally spooky?)
I haven't found any that I've read to be "spooky"
3. Plug the spookiest SPN fic you've ever written! (Alternatively, talk about why you'll never write horror fic--I'm curious!)
Haven't written enough to compare.
4. Who's the scariest SPN character ever?
Probably Sam and Dean themselves under the influence of some monster.
I'd add the ghost from Dead in the Water. I just realized I have a fear of drowning.
5. If SPN were to go full-bore freaky again, s1-style, what would you like to see them do? (Alternatively, what do you NOT want them to do, because it would give you nightmares?)
I loved all of Season 1, but I think the main thing that's different about the future seasons is the color. They are still hunting a lot of the things they hunted back then. It's the feel of the eps that's different. I like the color for enjoying the boys faces but I do miss that dark horror style they used to have.
There is one thing I'd like to see that we haven't seen since Season 1 - Poltergeists!
6. What's your favourite scary story in general? Creepypasta, traditional folklore, anything! (Alternatively, what's the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?)
Ghost stories. I like them because they have a backstory - why the ghost stays and haunts the place - and often there is a happy ending for the ghost as well. I'm a romantic that way. It's not that I like to be scared. I like the way knowledge of "that's why..." can bring goosebumps and tears to my eyes. An easy example in Supernatural would be Roadkill.

8. If you were a hunter, which cases would you never touch with a ten-foot pole?
Ghosts or monsters inside water. Dead in the Water was pretty scary too.
9. What's your phobia?
I have a fear of drowning/choking.
10. Besides the obvious, why do you think Sam feels so touchy about Halloween?
What's the obvious? I think it's because the "celebration" is based on ignorance of what is really out there and what Halloween really means, and people do stupid things and end up needing his help because of it.
11. What's your costume this year, and what costumes do you think Sam and Dean have donned in the past?
I'm always a witch. It's not too obvious or scary so the kids at our party don't feel scared.
I think Dean may have taken Sam trick-or-treating before Sam found out the truth... I can imagine them in Batman and Superman outfits :D
12. Finally, how do you celebrate Halloween?
We have a party and trick-or-treating with the kids at my English school. It is the favorite event of the year for many kids. I probably wouldn't do anything if I didn't have that :P
