Outlander 1-13 - The Watch - Gifs, Thoughts and Poll :)

Quick thoughts and a couple of gifs ;)
I was dreading this episode. I was delayed getting the file to watch, and then I delayed myself some more - procrastinated because I knew it was going to be so different from the book, and it looked like it was going to be a rather uncomfortable episode. Well, it was totally different from the book - except for some crucial conversations between Claire and Jenny and between Jamie and Claire - but it was not an uncomfortable episode. The Watch's leader was a very interesting character, and the Irish deserter as well. I enjoyed all the scenes, and the significance of the watch shown in the Title! Can I just say that Jamie was stunning! in this ep. The lighting was brilliant and his fighting scenes so fun to watch.
I did take many screencaps but I just did not have time to clean them up and post this time around. I WILL be making icons from this ep considering how awesome all the characters looked so I may post screencaps later as well, if you would like some. Please let me know.
So, I'm just going to stick to 2 gifs from my most favorite scene of the whole ep.
Of course, I enjoyed Claire threatening Jamie, and Jamie's response here as well, but the last little nods before Jamie left were just ... brilliant. And the shot of Claire as Jamie walks out the door... *heartache*
