Sigh...
I have had a sore throat for the last 5 days. Been feeling pretty miserable. It wasn't until nani-ka mentioned the pretty dogwood fluff floating around that I thought, "Hey! That means the pollen count is pretty high, I wonder if it is allergies?" I don't get allergies, except the last 3 years when the pollen count has been at it's highest, usually during the pretty fluff times, then I get cold symptoms galore. I am so not used to it though, so I forget every time. So I tried an alavert this morning. Guess what? Sore throat is fine now, starting to feel like I am getting over all the flu symptoms already. I should write a note in my calendar for next year...
Oh wait! Even better! I can go here: http://futureme.org/ and write an email to my future self to remind me to take some allergy meds next year! :) This place is pretty cool, and works. I just got an email from myself I sent last year. I wanted to test it so I could go and write birthday and anniversary emails to my wife for the next 20 years or so, that way I never forget, and if something happens to me it will be like one of those stories you hear where she will here from me from beyond the grave. I have to think of some other cool uses though. Any other ideas?
