Pat, Paul, and I have been going to the gym pretty regularly since January (when we
originally moved to Boston and got gym memberships a week before we had an apartment.)
For some reason, this morning we decided to see how much our max weight is on the bench press. I was never really that into lifting before this year, so I literally have never maxed out on anything before.
So the question is this: How much will I be able to put up? I'll be taking bets below. Winner gets a sweet prize to be disclosed later!
(details: "maxing out" is doing 2 reps at that weight without help from a spotter.)
