oh, how quickly it goes
HI EVERYBOOODY
I was rolling so deep in cash yesterday it wasn't even funny.
today, not so much.
when you buy a new, 0* rated sleeping bag, a fancy walking stick, mosquito coils and a snakebite kit, your wallet takes a hit (even with a walmart discount).
even worse, when you sleep off that shopping experience and hit the mall first thing in the morning...money also gets spent. brand new (expensive :( hiking boots, a few freeze dried meals, a water treatment kit, and a holster for pepper spray get expensive.
but seeing my class prom queen pregnant, working at joe's sporting goods...
priceless.
although not entirely so. lindsey was actually a pretty decent friend of mine, it just always strikes me as odd when i see people from high school who skipped out on the college option. it's like their lives kept on moving full swing, while mine sort of went into hibernation. people do change in college, but not nearly as much as when they're exposed to the real world.
it still really bugs me when i find out people i know are pregnant (or that they got someone pregnant). not everyone really, but i personally dont think its fair for people to start having kids when they arent fully prepared for it. all it does it hurt the babies in the long run. the one exception to this has been my buddy justin. kailey is spoiled, and a brat, but a happy brat. i just dont think anyone i've met throughout college is even remotely responsible enough for children.
but who am i to judge. I hope the best for lindsey and her baby.
