the heat just won the NBA championship.
a lot of people didn't want the Heat to win. i think its probably because everyone hates shaq. i like shaq. i like him because he hates kobe. i hate kobe. me and shaq are a lot alike...in that sense.
what really makes it exciting for me is that Alonzo Mourning finally got his championship. he was my favorite player growing up (along with mugsy bogues and larry johnson when they were on the hornets) and with everything he went through to get back into the NBA I really felt like he deserved it.
even though the oilers lost, this makes things better and then some. the oilers were my favorite team for liek a week. i only cheered for them once New Jersey lost. I have been rooting for the Miami Heat since they got shaq.
