Summary:
Dean and Buffy have a good life together. Sam and Dean get into this serious car accident at the hand of a demon, which both brothers end up in a deep coma. Buffy struggles to move on with her life but still holds onto hope. Sam is the first to wake up from his coma. He claims to be Dean inside of Sam's body. This confuses Buffy a lot especially since Sam seems to know so much about Dean/Buffy. Sam, however, is possessed by a demon and not Dean. Dean eventually wakes up from his coma and comes in time to stop the demon from killing Buffy.
