Does anyone know how to NOT post to everyone's journal but your own on the mobile app?

Is there a setting?

I know there is that stupid setting below about not adding to friends/communities journals but can't find that on the LJ android app.

I'M SORRY IF I HAVE SPAMMED ANYONE THIS MORNING. DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT SETTING. :(
