An update on life
So, haven't been around a whole lot. Not because I don't care, of course, but just because my real life? Is very, very busy. Those of you who know me understand this, I hope. And if you don't know me, sorry to disappoint. Kind of.
This post is good news, actually. I'm taking the summer off of classes. Though I am working and though I am still (and forever) a mommy with mommy-first concerns - I plan on having much more time to devote to catching up on fic that has been neglected lately. I also plan on working on new fic and getting back into a regular posting schedule. My hope would be that I could continue the regular posting schedule in a minimalistic way when I start back to classes in the fall.
Oh, and I have a new Twitter account, just for my Supernatural friends, and I hope to have any of you find me and friend me over there. I have focused on creating an online profile that is unrelated to my private life, and if some of you have been watching recent news you might understand some of the reasoning behind this. I will still drop personal tidbits from time to time, this is just a way to keep my SPN world separate, in theory, from my private one. I write and edit in the real world and just don't want clients coming on to read what, to me, is a lot of writing that I enjoy and do for fun. Hopefully you can all understand this and respect this decision.
To this end, you'll also notice I no longer have a personal journal here on LJ. I decided to combine pursuits and jumped ship for my personal journal to land over at Wordpress. Feel free to mosey over there and say hi. I haven't been posting regularly yet (big suprise) but plan to do so soon. YOu can find it at www.katscafe.org
I have also moved my non-profit website to Wordpress and will begin regular posting to both the site and the blog part of that venture within the next month. You can find it at www.therarelink.org
Well, that's all for now, but plan to see more of my ugly mug in the coming days and months. I miss my LJ friends, and I miss the fun of writing my fic too.
