Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Mostly I lay there thinking how warm and soft the bed was.

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? Late. I had an early night then got woken up again and went to sleep at about 2am.

What time did I get up? 8:30am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! Although I am slightly closer to needing it.

What's the weather like outside? Bright, sunny, clear and COLD!

Did I take my morning pill? NO! Oops.

What was breakfast? Chocolate milk DON'T JUDGE ME!!

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES! I did!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? Only to the shed, where I cleaned out the fridge ready for shopping. I've ordered lots of bread, cheese and fruit - this might not be the weather for it, but it is semi-healthy snack material.

Did I have lunch? YES! A frozen roast pork TV dinner. It has... vegetables. A few.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!

Did I have a nap? YES! From around 5pm to 8pm.

Did I write? NO! I probably won't until my wrists are fully healed.

Did I watch or listen to anything? Grand Designs Revisited, Edwardian Farm (I love this so much), a history of the sword (a bit crap).

Did I do anything physical? YES! I cleaned out the fridge, brought the bin in, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, emptied the cat tray and did laundry. And then I fell over and zzzZZZzzzZZZZZzzz

Did I talk to anyone? Pol briefly, Random possibly but only in passing, Jenny our cleaner at some length.

Did I have dinner? YES! Vegetable soup and Mattesons Dutch sausage.

How many painkillers have I had? HFCC, one at a time, twice.

What bad things happened today? I was really resentful all day about a stupid row I had with Pol last night. It's the sort of grumbling resentment I associate with very mild depression. I sorted things out with Pol the first chance I got and we're cool now. I can't think of anything else.

What good things happened today? I sorted things out with Pol and he's put a seat cover in the new 4x4 so I can sit without having an itchy allergic bottom (yes, even through clothes it itches.) Moth played with me for a while. I've just had a shower and my feet are now warm (my room is at the top of the house and toasty, but the sitting room is fifteen degrees colder and I've been there all day). David Tennant will be reading a book about vampires on Radio 4 very soon and, even if it's crap, looking forward to it is nice. Time to go.
