Did I do my dawn walk? NO!
What's the weather like outside? Bright and sunny
Did I take my morning pill? YES!
What was breakfast? 10% fat yoghurt with shredded apple and apricot. A cup of coffee.
Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!
Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! To a pub for dinner and then the Turkish shop where I bought a heavy bagful of fresh dates to take home with me DON'T JUDGE ME.
Did I have lunch? YES! I can't remember what it was, but I know I had it.
Did I take my lunchtime pill? NO!I forgot.
Did I have a nap? NO!
Did I write? NO! I am looking forward to getting back to this. Apparently, it takes spoons, and if I spend them elsewhere, I can't write.
Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! Radio 6. You tube videos of 1970s songs.
Did I do anything physical? YES! I went to the pub and then shopping. I moved suitcases around, although mostly not because of Pol.
Did I talk to anyone? My sibling, my mum, Pol, Random, bar staff.
Did I have dinner? YES! Pork belly, black pudding, apple-and-elderflower sauce, spring greens, parsnip and potato crisps, tea, two bottles of Krabbies Ginger Beer.
How many painkillers have I had? Single HFCC last night. Nothing today so I could booze it up. Considering a tramadol tonight so tomorrow isn't too rough.
What bad things happened today? My knees were on fire with pain. I got woken up by: my mum, wanting to smoke, at 6am. Her still-set alarm clock at 7am. Her snooze function at 7:10am. My mum again, wanting to know if I'd moved her charger, at 7:30am. I made quince jam and found it not worth the effort.
What good things happened today? My mum showed me a book my sibling's dad lent them, which is about Henry Mayhew's London Labour and the London Poor. It makes me very much want to read the originals, all four hefty table-ridden volumes of them. I've also got Politics and Society in Nottingham as a promising read. My sibling has let me borrow them. I am home and it's *wonderful*, despite both parts of being away having also been wonderful.
