Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? 11pm

What time did I get up? 6am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like outside? Sunny and bright first thing, going very dull as time wore on then changeable.

Did I take my morning pill? YES!

What was breakfast? Decaff tea and wheat crisp rolls.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? NO! Didn't really need it.

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? NO! I didn't even get dressed, though I did have a bath and get back into pyjamas.

Did I have lunch? YES! Strong filter coffee and peanut butter on white toast.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES! (Dreamwidth made me do it)

Did I have a nap? YES! 8am to 11am

Did I write? YES! 1200 words on the value of a cheerful greeting.

Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! Lots of Dandy Livingstone and other ska reggae.

Did I do anything physical? NO! Not really. Unless wrestling the camp bed counts.

Did I talk to anyone? YES! Sibling and parent.

Did I have dinner? YES! Fish, onion rings and mushy peas. Delicious.

How many painkillers have I had? None! It's a drug free day.

What bad things happened today? I was awake all night coughing.

What good things happened today? I had a nice time chatting to parent, then sibling. I had a nice hot bath. I enjoyed my evening in, listening to music and reading a history of forensics. Absolutely everyone I've seen today has been glad to see me.
