Did I tidy my room? YES! I straightened out my tshirt and pyjamas piles which had been getting gradually more messy.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! Despite all the napping, I did go to bed at the proper time. I didn't sleep straight away but I was down and zedding by midnight.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? YES! In bed without video aid. I found it hard to concentrate on relaxing.

Did I do my dawn walk? YES! Out to the garage for bread and milk.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? NO! I stayed triumphantly in my smelly pyjamas all day.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! I thought it would get me ready to exercise but it didn't.

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! The nearest I got was opening the door for a parcel and then for the pop van.

Did I cook? NO! But I am about to eat oxtail soup. Pol's just made me a cuppa.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! The new alarm is working.

How much time did I spend on the wii? Zero minutes!

What is my wii fit age today? I don't know!

Did I do anything else energetic? Laundry, hanging out a duvet cover in the wind, a little shadow-boxing to again try to get warmed up to do exercise.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Eventually I had cocodamol a short while ago. No tramadol last night.

Did I have a migraine? YES! All day a-pounding of my head and making the light taste nasty.

Do I feel MEish? YES! But only very very slightly. I didn't feel MEish when I woke up.

Did I sleep well? YES! Like a rock. Completely out of it until I woke up at the alarm, feeling refreshed. Apparently I really needed all the napping. On the other hand, I rapidly became more and more tired as the day went on and ended up napping again for two hours.

sleep, accountability
