Illusion LVVIII {Video//offline}
[The first thing the feed shows is a clear, beautiful blue sky, absolutely no gray clouds or ash in sight. The sunshine is blindingly bright, especially since it seems to be reflected off of water.]
[Said water hits the camera, and the PCD falls to show a rather pretty coastline, once again without even a suggestion of what happened the past week. It's clean, clear and absolutely beautiful.]
[And yet, it doesn't seem right. Parts seem to fade in and out at times, and often small purple puffs of what looks like mist or sea foam float from the soft waves hitting the clean sand.]
[A moment passes, and Fran floats into view. He's lying on his back in the calm water, looking directly at the sky, and for the first time in a very long time he looks more than apathetic. He's pale and sallow-looking, with dark circles under his eyes (one being especially more purple than the other), but his face shows a bit more than his usual apathy. It's a strange mixture of tired and defeated, it seems.]
Master's right. This world is better.

[He floats there for a moment before speaking again.]
I guess we should call the city "ashtringendum" now.
