I was able to sneak away from my prison house yesterday and went to the underground tunnels yesterday, as I said I would.

They're not just behind the church- I found a few partial ones on the walk there. They proved useless with investigation.

There was no force keeping me from going down into them this time- the paths were unstable close to the ( Read more... )

You found them? I knew they had to be behind the church, at least...

No, I made up the report about them.

There's more. They're not just around the church.

[Yep. It's a good language to know with him.]

Ah, on the walk to the church from my house. I can't give you exact locations, because they seem to be scattered just about everywhere in this place.

Of course even the scientists wouldn't be organized.

... that seems just like this place. Of course things would be disorganized.

I'd love that, actually. You said that you didn't find anything in those other ones, though?

...

[X,Y] and [X,Y] both lead to dead ends. [X,Y] lead to a loop, and [X,Y] was a collapsed one.

Those were the only ones I looked at and they didn't have anything, except for that clicking noise in the last one. It was a bit irritating.

I wonder if it's possible to clear the collapsed one...

If there's a place wide enough, I may be able to slip something through the rubble to see what's on the other side.

It looks like it, but knowing this place it's probably going to be more difficult than expected.

How tall are you?

Ah... five feet and two inches. Why?

[A sigh. He hates to admit this, but-]

I'm not much bigger than you, and I couldn't fit myself through the rubble at all.

[He doesn't know you're a wizard, bro. He just thinks you thought you were small enough to slip through a crack or something]

Ah? O-oh, no, not me... I can make something go through the cracks, if there are any.

I can see through its eyes. So whatever is on the other side, I'll see, too.

Oh, so it's like a living video camera.

...

I didn't really see cracks that big, though. We might have to make them.
