i was in Vienna 10 years ago. i also don't remember much of it :) but what is still left in my memory is the Scholss (Palace) Schonbrunn...

Well, I was in Austria when I was about 5, and everything I remember about this trip is that there was strange food *g* (I used to be very picky on food!)

I'm surely going to Schonbrunn I guess :)

yes, Schönbrunn is very advisable, loved it! I actually loved the food in Vienna. I can't recall the name of the hotel i stayed at, but it was across the road from the trainstation and really great!

We've finally booked a 5* Hilton Hotel in the city centre! :D
Of course, my standard is usually much lower, but I was suggested a great website by a colleague from an agency in Vienna, where you can find real bargains!
The promotional rate for this hotel was cheaper than the 3* pensions I found, so I chose it of course ;)
