SOS German swappers
I bought a Christmas gift by Ebay from a German seller, who was supposed to send it as DHL Paeckchen.
He tells me he sent it on Nov. 30th, but obviously it has never arrived :___(
Actually I was sure it was meant to be sent by DHL courier, but now it turns out DHL P. is a normal way to send packets, and there's no insurance nor track number connected to this shipping. Besides the fact that calling DHL a normal postal service sounds malicious to me, is it possible that there's NOTHING that certifies the fact he has actually sent this packet? Not even a receipt?
I need your help German swappers! :) Could you explain me better how this service works, and what I can ask him to show me, to prove he has sent the packet?
It is the second time in a row that I don't receive gifts bought on Ebay, and I'm quite fed up with it :((
