Yesterday I went to kickboxing for the first time since June. We did this super intence workout and halfway through my legs started shakeing and they wouldn't stop for a long time and they even continued after i left class. Yet oddly today i didn't feel sore really at all. Only when i started to stretch them out did i even feel anything. I mean I really worked my ass off and everything. Is it possible that I ripped them so much that they aren't recovering properlly yet or something. I know it usually takes like 12 hours or something before they do. Sam says she can hardly move and she feels like a cripple. am i just a freak? Why don't i hurt? not tat i want to but its just so weird.
