Time for random post! Rawr~
Life's not too bad so far. Work's... work. Meh. Could be better but could be worse. But given how piddly I get paid, I think the stress/drama levels are kinda high.... Need to win the lottery or something. ._.
Comike has finally came and passed, so time to go on my bi-annual doujin buying spree at Melon Books/Toranoana. I actually found an importer that doesn't take 3 months to order for me. Huzzah! *spends all her Christmas cash*
Speaking of the holidays, they were pretty mellow. Went out with friends once, celebrated with family, and mostly just stayed home. Played more FFXI (duh) and got suckered into trying WoW. *gasps!* I know, a shock! I always said how much I despise WoW, but it's actually pretty fun. Doesn't quite have the staying power as FFXI though. But it shall amuse me for a few months. I was getting bored of meriting and same ol' stuff on FF. I mean, considering I've gotten 249 merits total in the game, that's 2.49 MILLION experience points... on merits alone. Not counting levels at all. The mind boggles.
Want to put that in perspective? The total to amount of exp to get from 1 to 75 (max level) is 801,350. (Per FFXIclopedia). I could have another couple more 75 jobs. ;; So in the game I've gotten upwards of 5.8 million experience points on this dorky game. Actually I didn't count subjobs... maybe more like 6.5 million. Hmm, and the amount of buffer plus re-getting buffer (I die A LOT). Let's just say an even 6.7 million. And given that we can get exp on average of 10k an hour, maybe... Best exp I've ever gotten was maybe 22k~ish an hour. Black Mage solo, which I do a lot, averages about 7k an hour. Low level exp is, at best, 4k an hour.
I think I just exploded my brain. x_x
