does anybody else realize how quickly the united states could be out of debt if they lealized marijuana and put a 10 or 15% 'national debt' tax on it? you could sell it in abc-like stores, only for marijuana instead of liquor, and apply the same rules as alcohol... 21 to buy it, 21 to smoke it, must have a licence to sell it, no smoking and driving... i really don't see why they can't just do this, and i'm not just saying that cause i wanna smoke it legally, i don't even like it that much, i'm saying that cause it's a fucking brilliant idea.
