Har har, I hardly ever do memes. You can guess what I look like, but here is a hint: ASIAN.
So yesterday I finally scrounged up enough money to buy beatonna 's first comic book from a while back, NEVER LEARN ANYTHING FROM HISTORY! She is so cute, I wish I knew enough about history and art history and literature to be able to create such amazing comics. All I have to work with are video game comics aiyaaaa I need to LEARN MORE! From history! Hahaha.
2 days ago marked the completion of Donny Awesome! I am kind of proud of myself for finishing a comic, but then again, it was a really nonsensical and sloppy one haha, so I guess it only half counts. Now what do I do during lunch? I used to draw comics every day but I guess I'll just draw everything else that isn't comics.
My roommate isn't here this weekend because she flew home for a doctor's appointment, so my room feels kind of lonely now. I am slowly taking over her deskspace with the excessive amounts of lined paper I use for calculus and essay writing.
I've been doing NaNoWriMo since November 1st, but I haven't been reaching the daily word count goals at all! I was really struggling in the beginning (and still struggling) because it just didn't feel like writing what I was writing. I restarted twice before I decided with plot to try and write out. Those NaNo pep talks were really motivational and funny, especially the one from Gail Carson Levine!
I've realized I always have tons of story ideas in my head but it would always just be a single scene. I would never have enough courage to rip it up and flesh out a true story. This is why I'm a bio major instead of a lit major gosh. I've also realized that writing fiction again has made me improve my writing tone in general. I mean, this blog post is so... NOT THAT INFORMAL HAHA.

In frustration, I doodled this yesterday. I had been working on 5 calculus problems the whole afternoon and I was stuck on 2 of them. It took me a total for 4 hours to squeeze the life out of those questions. It was very trying.
All 3 of these I did at pockiomi 's oekaki board! She is a cool kid.
Today, I forgot how to draw people. :|
I kept listening to that song ruseti mentioned. Over and over again. DOH. Also apparently I not only talk to myself, but also write to myself, what. Also why isn't summer wars subbed yet, there have been threads about it OTL
Also I hate this sketchbook quality. :|
The paper is totally anti pencil. I feels like I'm using a 2H pencil when I'm using a regular old HB one, the line are all dull and not dark. BOOO. Also the perforation is so WEAK that when I turn the page, it rips. I have to so careful. Argh.

Cripes, I have a rhetorical analysis essay to write. I spent like an hour agonizaing over what I should write about, since it one of those essays with no prompt, so I have to come up with my own argument and prove it. I spent ages pacing back and forth and talking to myself and vocalizing my train of thought to come up with some idea and finally form a tangible thesis! I am proud of myself, but that's just the first step, so I gotta do the rest of the essay now, BYE!
