Stick a fork in me...
I'm done! DONE DONE DONE DONE with my undergrad studies forever! I'm slightly paranoid that something's gonna come back and bite me in the arse, but dammit, I'm going to celebrate anyway! As of this summer I will have my bachelors of science in Social Science. Hells yes.
So, that said, here are my plans for the next little while:
Tomorrow I go out of town to Pacific City with Queers & Allies for an end of the term retreat. I'll be back on Friday so I can return to work on Saturday. In the next few weeks I need to figure out my finances so I can start paying for my life myself. June 25 is the Feist show at the Crystal Ballroom! July 1 is my 22nd birthday. Gimme a red car, I'm having a mid-life crisis! =P The last week in July is the jazz workshop in Port Townsend where I'll be celebrating my 9th year as a dorm counselor! August 18th is my graduation ceremony and my family will be in town to celebrate! Also, the loverly Sarahpants is graduating too! We's done, lady! In September I have to move out of my student housing and into a real apartment or house. Hopefully somewhere 'round Hawthorne or Belmont, below 40th. My job at OMSI ends in early October and then I'll have to find another job. I'm thinking I might like to work at a coffee shop as I've never really done that. Besides, what else are college graduates supposed to do for money? I have a sudden urge to watch Reality Bites! Then, after that, I have nothing scheduled besides bills and holidays until June of 2008 when Hayley and I go on our cruise to Norway!
