So the winners for thesyelleficawards are up, and even though I didn't win anything, I can't help but feel happy. Several fics I nominated myself ended up winning, and really, even just getting a couple of my fics nominated amongst such amazing writers was enough to me. To think I'm even in the same league with some them, that's enough. I have to say, voting was really hard when I went to do it, there were so many good fics in each category, how to choose? It was not an easy task
As sad as I am about how the ship went down in canon (sad, angry, a few other emotions) I'm really grateful for the community that's been keeping the couple alive. I'm made some great friends from being active in thesylarelle community, and I wouldn't give up any of that for the world.
So I hope we all keep fic writing and chatting and having fun, and when 2010 comes around, we can do this again,
