oh man. last night was the shit. Senior Prom, for those of you under a rock in Afghanistan or somewhere like that. it was so much fun. as usual, it started off pretty slow. pictures at Nicole's, going to Effie's then picures at her place. the limo was pretty flippin' sick...but then again, i haven't exactly been in a limo since like forever. so then we get to the Crowne Plaza, which is a wicked nice place. we take a while to go in, for some reason. i dunno.

so then we're in and get a table for all of us from the limo. they do some boring shpiel about the seniors and shit that nobody listens to and talks thru (it was so obvious...:-P). then the music starts, and we all start dancing. that goes on til they say that dinner's ready. we then chill at the table so nobody steals it, and go get dinner in shifts. after dinner we basically dance a lot, taking breaks every once in a while to cool down (it was wicked hot on that dance floor, and the floor was even shaking :-P).

so then when it ended, we all pile back into the limo and on the way back to CP try to decide on what to do afterwards...basically we didn't come up with anything and there was some kind of bad blood between some people in the limo over the limo....so nicole effie brendan (effie's date) and I left at effie's house and hung out there for a lil while. nicole and I felt that brendan and effie needed some alone time...you know why...so we left at like 145 and nicole took me home, and then i just passed out. all in all i had an amazing time...it was so worth it. the people in the limo were hella cool, and were awesome.

so next weekend, its back to life as usual, with the now-postponed photo scavenger hunt which i predict will be hella lame, seeing as like everyone elses proms are that day. so we might have to argue over the day at wednesday's meeting. :-/.

its pretty much just hit me how close summer is...and its pretty awesome, but that means a) job searching/getting, b) more boring college shit, and c) finals/regents. although, this year should be pretty easy in terms of those...the only Regents I have are the English, Physics, and US History & Gov't. and the English is the only one i'm stressing over...and thats more over the actual process of taking the regents. 3 fucking hours, over two days, of nothing but writing. fuck that. i'm so glad i'm not going into anything english-related, so it doesn't really matter if i do 80s territory, although, i wouldn't be too happy with myself if i did low 80s. *shrugs*, we'll see.

NHS inductions on tuesday. fun stuff! [sarcasm].

SATs in like 2 weeks. boo that. but i'll be wicked happy when they're over...i'll be happy if i break a 1300. that's very good for Syracuse to get in. and i got a 1260 on the PSATs, so its looking good :-). oh yeah, I also got a 28 on my ACTs. syracuse's average ACT score is a 26. so i'm pretty much good either way :-P. god, i love it when these things work out.

so yeah, i'm still in my sweatshirt and scrubs from waking up. and I don't plan on changing out of them for the rest of the day. let's hope that works out.

oh yeah, Mom and I went to lunch at that new Nothing But Noodles place on Route 7...it was wicked sweet. the way it works is you get a menu as you walk in and decide what you want, then go up to the register. you order your stuff - which is all pasta/noodle-based, with some exceptions (salads, low-carb crap, etc.) BTW - and then they give you a number thing to put in a holder at your table. then, in aboot 10 mins, you get your meal. they give you cups and you get your own drinks, which is pretty sweet. so the food is hella good - i got a Sesame Lo Mein meal - lo mein noodles in a sesame sauce, with mushrooms chives and red peppers. thatwas really good...but they also have all different kinds of things, ranging from a Cajun thing to glorified mac and cheese. mom and I decided that its definitely worth going back. and they might open one in Clifton Park! which would be so amazing, because route 7 (Preter Harris Plaza, to be exact) is kind of a hike. but i'd say its still worth it :-).

so i'm really hungry now for some reason, so i'm gonna go downstairs to get some eats.
