She opens her eyes, wary but not at all surprised by either the fact circumstances of her capture or the location she finds herself in. Clever. But then, you always were. D'you know how hard I worked to keep up with you, Captain?
"Agent Thane." There's a small, polite smile on her lips, giving every appearance of having herself under control. The fear's there, beneath the surface, but she's a professional, and is behaving as such. As professional as traitors get, anyway.
And then, though she's almost dreading it, she switches her Rift ability back on.

"I'm fond of surviving, Agent Thane. I've made something of a career of it so far. A hint of venom creeps into her tone, entirely unfeigned. She neither likes nor trusts the Doctor, for all that people she does like and trust seem to think the world of him. Better an honest monster than a hypocrite in saint's clothing.
