yankees better win
okay, this cold is getting really annoying. the yankees have been losing ever since i've had this cold and i'm losing a lot of sleep because of it. in lighter news, i got my WWJD band. i love this thing, it really does help. i got this email from dan tersh just asking how i'm doing and stuff, i thought that was a really nice gesture. everyone should have a friend like dan the man...
today i took a three hour power nap and i remembered how much i love sleep. i hope i can stay awake for tonight's game. we just scored. awesome. oh, tonight was one of the better smallville episodes. it was about clark meeting burt, aka flash. the producers have got it all wrong, superman can definately outrun flash. so what if flash can run on water? how about running hundreds for feet above water, can he do that? this is why superman is the leader of the justice league, not some freak hit by lightening or some rodent without any parents. clark kent may be adopted but at least he's got parents. i think superman is the only superhero who actually has parents. spiderman has his aunt, batman has a butler, flash is an orphan, and the x-men are freaks who think their grandfather is prof x.
i think i should lay off the comic books until i finish the college essay. i wrote about superman for one of them: "if you could be anyone, who would you be and why?"
i'll post that essay sometime.
school wasnt so bad today. i rode with four different seniors today. its funny how you can learn a lot from someone's car. my car is a piece of crap... what does that say about me? whatever, it works and i'm happy. i posted my senior quote on my profile so take a peek if you have the time. next week is the volleyball tournament and our team is going to own everyone. tom s and me, what more can you ask for? sure, we could have used shen but we can manage. ortiz is at the plate so i'll be praying. GO YANKEES!
